Organic democracy redirects to totalitarian democracy. In 1918 "organic" meant that each part did what they were told to do for the whole organism. What a wonderfully clear term "totalitarian democracy" is for what has happened in the US and Iran. Follett was worried about vocational groups subverting democracy, it turns out that it was businesses and religious groups that took over.
